Brand Snapshot | Asparagus Season at Fortnum & Mason

Ever the destination for exemplary food and drink, Fortnum & Mason’s Piccadilly Food Hall attracts visitors far and wide with its exquisite range of seasonal ingredients and award-winning fresh food. This month, the iconic grocer marks the British asparagus season with the very best freshly stocked stems from Wye Valley in Herefordshire.

The range, housed for purchase on the Lower Ground Floor, will span classic, white and purple asparagus, and will also be utilised across the store’s restaurants.

Fortnum’s will host a special supper on the 19th of April to showcase this wonderful ingredient and its diversity. This will be held in The Gallery restaurant where all year round, the fresh and seasonal ingredients of the Food Hall are profiled. Fortnum’s chefs will create an exclusive menu of canapés and four courses which will be paired with the perfect wines from Fortnum’s vast wine cellar.
