TELL US WHAT YOU DO?
I am Chef de Cuisine at Simpson’s in the Strand. My primary job is to take care of the day to day operations of the culinary team at Simpson’s. A more fascinating and exciting aspect of my role is to research the history of British food culture with the team and create, new, innovative dishes that celebrate Simpson’s rich history and honour sustainable local British produce.
TELL US WHY YOU LOVE IT?
I love food so believe I am in the perfect profession! I am extremely proud of my role at Simpson’s in the Strand and thoroughly excited to work with such a reputable and iconic hotel. I also take great pride in the nurturing of young culinary talent. The hospitality industry naturally has a bad reputation and I am determined to be one of the Head Chefs that helps to remove this tarnished image from our industry.
