What is your favourite holiday destination?
Theoule-sur-Mer in the South of France, it’s 20 minutes outside busy Cannes and has endless charm and rosé!

What is your top tip for surviving the summer heat in style?
Cancel meetings! Only joking, I’ve been having several iced black Americanos a day, arriving at meetings early so I can cool down, and avidly avoiding the central and northern lines.

Have you ever had a ‘lightbulb’ moment related to your business or career while taking some downtime?
Definitely! Just taking the time to think about the bigger picture and not the day to day is so useful.

What is your holiday read this year?
I find it really difficult to properly get into a book these days, but mine this year would be Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari. I know I’m behind the curve but it really is a must read!

Favourite place for an al fresco dinner/drink?
Honestly I’m a fan of a picnic in the park, but in terms of restaurants with good outdoor areas my favourites would be Elysee on Percy Street or Hush off Bond Street.

Summer soundtrack?
The Greatest Showman soundtrack, still obsessed!
