Handmade shoes for men. In medieval times a lodger was a travelling shoemaker that would move from town to town, making shoes in return for a small fee and a place to sleep. In an era before shoe stores, every pair was individually made. Lodger Footwear are dedicated to reviving this tradition of custom made footwear using modern technology. Lodger utiliseses cutting edge laser scanning technology and 3D CAD design, and every pair can be ordered via their website. Inspired by the tradition of craftsmanship in both Italy and England and all shoes are cut and made by hand. A perfect blend of old world and new.
