Nimi is an award-winning strategist with over 20 years experience in helping brands grow culturally and commercially. She has worked with some of the world’s most innovative and progressive brands from Google and The Guardian to Balmain and De Beers. She launched the cult beauty brand Augstinus Bader, which has reached a $70m valuation in just over five years.
For the last ten years she has been a pioneering force in developing the intersection between brand and entertainment; having led a partnership between Warner Brothers and Turkish Airlines, undertaken a full strategic repositioning of the A&E network, developed an entertainment strategy for Balmain and consulted on a proposition for ITV2. She's developed thought leadership on the interplay between entertainment and behaviour change and most recently, she has led the entertainment division of Rankin. This has included developing innovative formats for branded and pure play entertainment,; including an award winning short form film, the charity Switchboard, a podcast with A- List Hollywood talent exploring the magic and craft of film, short films for the British Fashion council, and two documentaries. She was also a contributing editor and writer for Hunger Magazine.
