Anna Mason’s success as a leading independent British luxury designer and business owner is the result of a lifetime’s work pursuing her vision. After completing her MA in Fashion Design with Distinction from the Royal College of Art in 1995, Anna held prestigious design roles at Karl Lagerfeld in Paris, and MaxMara and Valentino in Italy. She then returned to London, working for Amanda Wakeley and consulting for various brands before releasing her first collection under her own name in 2012.
Anna Mason clothes are feminine, wearable, and timeless. Classic yet modern, with a romantic nod to the past, they have a youthful attitude that is relevant to the lifestyles of women today. With the needs of the modern woman and her real-life situations in mind, Anna Mason clothes offer authentic day-to-day dressing solutions for the here-and-now that become ‘go to’ wardrobe favourites.
Where possible, Anna uses British fabrics and materials and prioritises sustainability in her design and production choices. Her clothes are the very opposite of disposable fashion. They are beautifully made, stylish and luxurious pieces designed to be worn again and again. This ethos was established from the beginning, when Anna Mason set out to make clothes that women would cherish as outfits that worked for their individual shape and size, filled the gaps in their wardrobe and were suitable for everyday life as well as special occasions.
Anna Mason collections are available made to order, and some pieces are available as limited-edition stock items. Anna Mason is also stocked at NET A PORTER, SAKS USA and other select retailers.
In late 2021, Anna Mason opened a new Maison in a Grade II listed building in the heart of Belgravia, London. Putting her customer at the heart of this new interior designed space, it includes her design and production atelier above the showroom. The desires of the modern luxury consumer are met by private appointments, personal shopping, concierge and after-hours services, as well as an in-house events schedule.
