Astley Clarke has recently appointed Dominic Jones as Creative Director to build on the growing success of its fine jewellery collections. Jones’ appointment reflects a desire to pursue a modern and progressive strategy, in order to develop the Astley Clarke following and make fine jewellery relevant to a new set of consumers who may have previously felt excluded from the category. The appointment follows a new round of investment in the business led by Carmen Busquets, early investor in Net-a-Porter and Venrex the investors behind Charlotte Tilbury.
Astley Clarke is sold in Selfridges, Liberty, Saks, Neiman Marcus, De Bijenkorf, Tangs and David Jones and specialist fine jewellers around the world. Nearly half its revenue is generated from its award winning web site.
