BOAT International | Ocean Talks
BOAT International’s Ocean Talks, an afternoon of presentations and debate celebrating the change makers who are saving our seas, is being held on 13 June 2018 at the Royal Geographical Society.
The event will bring together the superyacht community (designers, builders, brokers and owners) and the marine conservation world providing both with a platform for sharing stories, celebrating successes, and making connections that can benefit the health of our oceans.
Speakers include James Honeyborne, producer of Blue Planet II, designer Espen Oeino and project manager George Gill and on building the world’s largest research expedition vessel and Oceanographer Gizelle Garcia from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro on the discovery of a 700-mile-long reef in the mouth of the Amazon.
The events will take place at the Royal Geographical Society, 1 Kensington Gore, Kensington, London SW7 2AR. The programme runs from 1.15pm and 6.15pm, followed by drinks.
