Brand Snapshot | 45 Jermyn St. welcomes summer with new raw menu and ice cream floats

Summer has arrived at 45 Jermyn St., the exquisite dining room and bar, with a new seasonal menu showcasing delicious raw dishes and reimagined alcoholic ice cream floats, perfect for enjoying on the terrace at the St James’s hotspot.

Diners can start with the iconic Raw Cornish Mackerel and Caviar Tacos or River Yealm Oysters alongside a vibrant Vegetable Crudités and Dip. Other raw delights include fresh Yellowfin Tuna Poke with a fragrant Stem Ginger Dressing and crisp Tobikko and Raw Orkney Scallops with Chilled Tomato Consommé and Anchovy. Bursting with flavour, Salmon Teriyaki is also served with Asian Slaw and Peanuts.

The summer staple, Tomato Gazpacho is served with Watermelon and Feta and mouth-watering Burrata is seasoned with Trombetta Courgette, Confit Lemon and Pesto.

Known for creating distinctive and decadent desserts, the restaurant celebrates nostalgic puddings with the iconic Knickerbocker Glory on the menu since 1955 and an array of ice cream floats to delve into. The Prince’s Arcade, a firm favourite, is a delicious concoction of  Sweet Vermouth, Mondino Amaro and champagne topped with a blood orange sorbet. Plus, sweet tooths are treated to The Bawdy Star, brimming with vanilla ice cream and passion fruit sorbet, this colourful float is topped with vodka, vanilla syrup and fresh passion fruit and finished with Prosecco and Suma Limoncello foam.
