45 Jermyn St. welcomes the start of asparagus season with fresh new dishes showcasing the ingredient at its finest. The St James’s foodie destination will highlight the fresh seasonal produce from Wye Valley in five delicious guises.

To start, diners can savour the earthy stems in their finest form, served with tangy hollandaise sauce more moving onto bigger plates.

New this year, guests can enjoy lightly blanched stems tossed into a salad of iberico ham, jersey royals, topped with wild garlic mayonnaise. The seasonal vegetable is also showcased in a delicious smoked haddock and parmesan tart with hollandaise sauce for a hearty and flavoursome bite.

Plus, for pasta lovers, homemade traditional tagliolini is paired with thinly sliced asparagus and morel mushrooms, cooked together in an earthy mushroom stock and finished with salted ricotta.
