Brand Snapshot | Dine with da Vinci at The Hari’s Garden Terrace
To mark the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci’s death this May, the talented team at The Hari’s Italian restaurant, il Pampero, have created a six-course menu inspired by da Vinci’s life in Tuscany and his most famous inventions.
Surrounded by twinkling lights at The Hari’s Garden Terrace, menu highlights include an amuse bouche of Pappa al Pomodoro, a typical Tuscan dish, inspired by the Mona Lisa; a starter featuring buttered anchovies and crispy bread, ingredients present at The Last Supper; and a dish of asparagus ravioli, black truffle and wild garlic velouté, which takes inspiration from da Vinci’s parachute.
The final course takes the form of Leonardo da Vinci’s helicopter, an impressive design made from Panforte, a traditional Tuscan dessert.
