A Celebration of Craft | Join QEST for dinner at the V&A
The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust is delighted to announce its Annual Fundraising Dinner to help sustain Britain’s Cultural Heritage through supporting excellence in British craftsmanship.
6th March 2018
Victoria & Albert Museum
QEST funds the education and training of talented and aspiring craftspeople through traditional college courses, apprenticeships or one-to-one training with master craftsmen. The Charity was established by the Royal Warrant Holders Association in 1990 in order to help maintain craft skills that are so vital to Britain’s cultural heritage.
The V&A Museum, the world’s leading museum for art, design and craftsmanship is the venue and 300 + guests will be attending this celebration of British craft, hosted by QEST Vice Patron, the Earl of Snowdon. Champagne and cocktails will commence the evening in the stunning setting of The Dome, with Dinner in The Raphael Gallery.
A wide array of QEST Alumni will be demonstrating and showcasing their extraordinary skills throughout the evening.
There will be a Silent Auction of Scholars’ works, as well as a Live Auction of ‘money can’t buy’ experiences and an opportunity to directly support a ‘named’ Scholar.
Tables are priced at £5k for 10 people. Individual tickets £500.
