Sally Hughes joins Temperley London as CEO

Temperley London has announced the appointment of Sally Hughes to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Sally Hughes joined Temperley London in September 2018 as CEO, succeeding Patricia Sancho, who after five years in the business has returned to her native Spain. Sally has extensive experience in luxury fashion and digital, gained in senior roles at NET-A-PORTER, Google and Glossier.

She will lead the company’s strategic expansion plans, working closely with Alice Temperley; Founder and Creative Director.

Sally Hughes began her career with innocent drinks and Jack Wills, in the commercial and finance divisions.  She held senior finance and digital marketing roles at NET-A-PORTER and Google, before leading digitally native Glossier’s UK launch. Sally holds undergraduate and masters degrees from Oxford University.

Temperley London operates five standalone stores, including its flagship store on Bruton Street in Mayfair, an exclusive bridal boutique in Notting Hill as well as stores in Dubai and Qatar. Temperley London is distributed in over 30 countries and more than 150 wholesale accounts. Temperley Bridal is distributed in over 11 countries and 40 wholesale accounts.
