On the corner of Fortnum & Mason, the award-winning dining room is a mix of old school glamour with a contemporary feel with intimate booths perfect for sinking into and winding down with a cocktail to browse the delicious new menu. Sourced from the Lammermuir Hills in the Scottish Borders, the best quality, tender meat will be and brought to plate in Piccadilly for diners to feast upon in three sumptuous guises.
To whet your appetite, start with a warming Grouse Broth and Liver Parfait en Bric, poured tableside or enjoy the best British game traditionally, with Roasted Young Grouse served alongside game chips and creamy bread sauce. For a hearty meal, the handcrafted Grouse & Foie Gras Pie delivers a delicious bite with tender breast of game cooked with foie gras and encased in thick, glazed pastry. To accompany, a sweet blackberry and shallot chutney is paired with this exquisite dish and finished with malt gravy poured over.
