A Summer of Luxury | Rooftop yoga at The Berkeley
Start the day with a stretch and a smile. This summer, The Berkeley is embracing the longer, brighter days with new rooftop yoga classes.
With the open sky overhead and views of the seventh-floor swimming pool and Hyde Park, The Berkeley’s rooftop secret garden is a slice of heaven in Knightsbridge. Held in collaboration with luxury athleisure boutique (and their Belgravia neighbour), Silou London, yoga at The Berkeley promises to be as stylish as it is serene.
Each hour-long class has space for just eight guests. Silou yoga masters, Phoebe Greenacre or Kim Hartwell, will take you through a mix of core strengthening poses and sequences including sun salutations. Phoebe and Kim draw movements from different yoga traditions such as Hatha and Vinyasa, creating a dynamic yet relaxing flow class that’s suited to people of all abilities.
Rooftop yoga at The Berkeley is open to hotel guests and Londoners alike, and costs £65 per person. Ease yourself into the day with an hour’s class followed by a revitalising smoothie.
Or, for £85 per person, add a refreshing fruit platter, post-yoga smoothie, energy boosting protein balls made by The Berkeley’s own pastry chefs and a half-day Berkeley Health Club membership allowing you to follow your yoga class with some gentle laps of the heavenly pool.
Rooftop yoga classes run from 15 June – 1 October 2018
