WHAT DOES BRITISH LUXURY MEAN TO YOU?

A curious mixture of innovation, tradition and the unexpected.

WHAT’S YOUR VISION FOR SABINA SAVAGE?

To become a brand renowned for quality, craftsmanship and storytelling.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT?

To have brought the company this far while still under 30, with no prior business experience; It’s been a struggle at times but an amazing learning curve.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?

To be able to build a life and career doing what I love.

WHAT’S YOUR GREATEST EXTRAVAGANCE?

My rescue dog, Gin, is ridiculously spoiled!

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT BEING AN ENTREPRENEUR?

The freedom it affords me creatively. While I end up working more hours than most, I am in control of my vision and the way I spend my time.

LEAST?

The inability to switch off.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR GREATEST REGRET?

Everything in life happens for a reason and is a lesson, so I try not to regret anything.

IS THERE ANOTHER BUSINESS OR A FOUNDER THAT PARTICULARLY INSPIRES YOU?

Lee McQueen was the reason I studied fashion, and I still watch his shows to this day. The storytelling and emotion were on another level.

WHAT IS YOUR GUIDING PRINCIPLE?

To follow my instincts.

WHICH LIVING PERSON DO YOU MOST ADMIRE?

My parents.

WHAT KEEPS YOU AWAKE AT NIGHT?

The following days to-do list!

WHAT DO YOU MOST VALUE IN YOUR FRIENDS?

Kindness, honesty and humour.

WHAT PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE STARTING UP THEIR OWN BUSINESS NOW?

Be prepared for a rollercoaster, but enjoy every second.

GREATEST LUXURY UNDER £10?

Earl Grey tea.
