Luxury aftercare service The Restory launches with Harrods

A dedicated display has been unveiled in Harrods this week to mark the launch of their partnership. The display is an exhibition of services to show The Restory’s wide-ranging aftercare capabilities and can be found on the Ground Floor within the Egyptian Hall.

The Restory, recognised as the leading innovators within luxury aftercare, are building the first international aftercare brand. Partnering with Harrods, the experts in luxury, proves how integral post-purchase services are in deepening longstanding relationships with luxury clients. The partnership seamlessly integrates the aftercare process within the in-store experience, increasing footfall into the store and touchpoints with shop floor staff.

The service itself is simple to use – book a collection to any home or office anywhere in the world or securely drop bags or leather goods in-store at Harrods. All items will be sent to The Restory’s London-based atelier where they will be professionally assessed and quoted. Following approval, The Restory’s elite team of next-generation artisans will begin the required work. When complete, the item is returned, beautifully packaged, to Harrods or to a preferred address, locally or internationally.

At The Restory our ambition is to elevate aftercare to align with the luxury buying experience, so we are proud to launch our partnership with Harrods who are recognised as the master of luxury and service.” - Founder of The Restory, Vanessa Jacobs
