What is your favourite holiday destination?
My favourite holiday destination is Fethiye in Turkey at a blissfully tranquil spot where all members of the family have the time and space to decompress! So enjoyed, in fact, that we’re returning this year as well as doing a road trip through France to visit various friends and family members.
Have you ever had a ‘lightbulb’ moment related to your business or career while taking some downtime?
Innovation is all-important in our industries and time off does allow me the space to consider and refine the ‘what’s next?’ Some of which will be revealed after this summer… time to hit the beach and consider 2020!
What is your top tip for surviving the summer heat in style?
Escape the city and head to Kent, the Wine Garden of England, and while away the hours visiting Chapel Down and the other six leading producers in Kent. Touring the vineyards and the wineries and of course sipping a glass or two of English Sparkling Wine. www.winegardenofengland.co.uk
