What does it mean to you to be named a Walpole 2020 Power List winner?
I feel very honoured and humbled, and at the same time very thankful to all the people around me that inspire and enable me to be my very best every day. I wouldn't be in this position if it wasn't for them.
Why do you think you were named on the List this year?
It's been an interesting year to say the least and it's been incredible to see the resilience, creativity and speed that companies have had to adopt to stay in business. My focus has been on all the things that we can control, which is to offer a tight edit of clothes from around the world with a clear point of view, matched with excellent customer service - no matter how and where our customers interact with us, so maybe that has something to do with it?
