Helen Smith is the Joint Chief Executive Officer of Dorchester Collection. Together with Eugenio Pirri, she oversees the strategy, mission and vision for the company. Previous to this role, Smith held the position of the company’s Chief Customer Experience officer, where she was responsible for establishing the Dorchester Collection brand and perpetuating its ideology: to be treasured by guests, cherished by employees and celebrated worldwide.
