Mark co-founded the commercial capability and consulting firm Total Negotiation in 2010. This has rapidly expanded to now support clients, of all sizes, in more than 70 countries and across industries including consumer goods, sport and hospitality, online, technology, financial services and telcos.

Mark started his career by qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PWC in London / Cayman Islands. Having them worked in the City, Mark joined Guinness in an internal consulting role which took him to more than 50 countries and then into sales and commercial.

Mark moved to Disney as UK Sales and Marketing Director, where he helped successfully change the route to market for the Consumer Products division. This led to a role as Managing Director for Catalina Marketing, a retail data and insight marketing business where he secured one of their largest ever deals with Sainsburys.

As Chief Commercial Officer for TN, Mark manages marketing, all external client relationships and the overseas teams in Australia, Russia and North America, where TN has quickly established itself as an invaluable partner to many global organisations including Kraft Heinz, Pepsi, and Mars.
