Martin Kuczmarski is a hotelier, restaurateur, and members’ club operator, with over 30 years of global luxury hospitality experience. His career spans Four Seasons Milan, The Ritz Paris, Hôtel de Paris Monte Carlo, One Aldwych London, and more. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Soho House & Co (a company he stayed with for 15 years), Kuczmarski founded international hospitality group Difficult Name in 2023 and has gone on to launch London hotspots including The Dover, Dover Street Counter and Martino’s.
