BlockBar – world’s first DTC NFT marketplace for luxury wines & spirits 

Sam Falic, co-founder and President of BlockBar, was born and raised in Miami, Florida. As part of the next generation of the Falic Group, owners of the largest duty-free operation in the Western Hemisphere, Sam found interest in both finance and law. After completing his bachelor's degree in Accounting at University of Miami, Sam continued his education at Cardozo School of Law in New York, completing his J.D.  

Following that, Sam went on to join Duty Free Americas, and his background in finance and law allowed him to pursue a variety of positions within the company. After initially working in the legal department, he transitioned into the role of Director of Business Development.  

In partnership with his cousin Dov, in October 2021, Sam founded BlockBar, the world’s first DTC NFT marketplace for luxury wine and spirits. Within the business, Sam oversees the overall business development and strategy.
