Tom Athron has served as CEO of since 2020, joining the famed brand from Matchesfashion, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Athron spent 13 years at the John Lewis Partnership where he held several roles including Buying Director at John Lewis and CFO at Waitrose. In 2025, Athron was appointed as Chair of Walpole, and also a trustee of the UK Sailing Academy.
