Following the letter from Helen, which outlined Walpole’s plans for a focus on jobs and skills in 2023, we are hosting a series of roundtables with our members. We would greatly appreciate member input and believe that business leaders’ expertise at this early stage will be essential in capturing the essence of what working in luxury can offer, the challenges employers face and the solutions companies have put in place to deliver for employees and customers alike.
The crescendo of this project will be our Jobs and Skills Report launched later this year, which will analyse the contribution that the luxury sector makes to employment in the UK, explain the challenges the sector faces and promote the sector as an employer of choice for those seeking well paid, rewarding, high skilled, sustainable jobs. However, the insight gained in these roundtables will feed into every aspect of Walpole’s work through 2023 and beyond.

Thursday 27th April: 8.45 - 10.30 am
