Scottish Chapter Roundtable and Presentation

A discussion with fellow members about jobs and skills in the luxury sector, in support of Walpole’s flagship 2024 report on the topic.

Members will attend a roundtable discussion led by Helen Brocklebank about the role of the luxury sector, and its member businesses, as an employer. Previous economic analysis showed that the luxury sector across the UK employed over 160,000 people. This is an opportunity for members to discuss some of the employment challenges they face, how they find the skilled workers they need and what sets working in luxury apart from other sectors.
