This working group is designed for members seeking to integrate sustainability into brand narrative and client experience in a way that protects and strengthens luxury brand equity. Discussion will focus on translating progress into meaningful storytelling, balancing visibility with restraint, and ensuring sustainability enhances rather than competes with the codes of the house.
Members will also address the increasing scrutiny surrounding sustainability claims, sharing practical approaches to responsible communication. This includes navigating green claims with rigour, establishing appropriate levels of transparency, and building trust with clients, regulators and wider stakeholders, avoiding overstatement and silence.
The objective is to provide clear, actionable guidance that enables members to communicate with confidence, integrity and consistency, grounded in product truth and aligned to long-term value creation.
