On the morning of Monday 23rd June, members gathered in the Princess Ida and Patience suite at the Savoy in London for the second instalment in our event series, the Luxury Marketing Mindset – a programme dedicated to exploring what marketeers need to know in order to build brands that appeal to the modern luxury customer. After networking over coffee and pastries, attendees took their seats for a presentation by Professor of Marketing at London Business School Nader Tavassoli, exploring how luxury brands can delve into what distinguishes them in order to disrupt industry trends and secure unique market positioning in the current challenging climate.
Following this, Tavassoli joined Walpole CEO Helen Brocklebank and Sergio Cabello, Head of Brand EUK at Scottish distillery, The Macallan, for a fireside chat about the power of brand identity and how this can create meaningful collaborations.
