With just six weeks to go until COP26 - the UN's Climate Change Conference - our attention is firmly focused on the luxury sector's environmental footprint and the steps Walpole members are taking on climate action.
In-line with Walpole’s Sustainability Manifesto and ahead of COP26, we are working with UN-backed Race to Zero, the global campaign to achieve net zero emissions by 2050. As part of the collaboration, Walpole is hosting a discussion with Race to Zero’s Sophie Wilson and Gail Sucharitakul this Friday to brief members on the campaign, how you can get involved, and discuss what we can expect from COP26.
We will also be joined by Race to Zero and Walpole Sustainability Manifesto signatories, Burberry and Mulberry, who will share their environmental commitments and sustainable journeys.
