Walpole is pleased to launch the 2026 Women in Luxury programme, centred on building confidence through relationships that challenge, support and inspire.
The programme opens with a focused workshop on self-advocacy, led by leadership coach and founder Jo Glynn-Smith, whose work supports leaders and entrepreneurs in navigating influence, visibility and progression.
As Jo observes, “Female leaders who advocate well not only shape their own trajectory; they raise the standard for those around them. It is this collective confidence that enables meaningful progress.”
This session is designed for those who instinctively advocate for others, yet are less practised at doing so for themselves.
In a structured and practical format, the session will explore:
- Why self-advocacy at a senior level is less about speaking louder and more about knowing when and how to act.
- The tension between visibility and vulnerability that nobody talks about honestly.
- A practical framework you can use going forward.
Intentionally limited in size, the session is designed as a participative exchange rather than a passive forum.
