il Pampero launches weekend brunch

Overseen by Head Chef Matteo D’Elia, the menu fuses typical brunch dishes with authentic Italian produce. Highlights include a comforting Eggs Benedict with porchetta and spicy hollandaise, a smoked buffalo panna cotta with confit cherry tomatoes and basil, and a Piedmont-inspired pizza with truffle sauce, Gorgonzola, caramelised onion and parsley.

Surrounded by dulcet tones of traditional Italian music, il Pampero’s bartender Giuseppe Abbracciante has created a selection of cocktails inspired by a different region of Italy to kick off the experience. These include a Sorrento Lemon Martini from Campania, a barrel-aged Negroni with Amaretto foam from Tuscany and a Balsamic Boulevardier from Emilia-Romagna. Guests can also choose to accompany their delectable Brunch choices with bottomless Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, or a Milanese G&T.

Available on Saturday and Sunday from 11.00am-4.00pm, with live music from 12.00pm-3.00pm, the bottomless brunch sitting lasts 90 minutes. Guests can enjoy three courses with Prosecco (Bellini, Mimosa included) priced at £60, or three courses with Aperol Spritz or Milanese G&T priced at £65.
