As you will have seen, The Dorchester has recently started to unveil the results of its most ambitious renovation in three decades. After re-opening the beautiful ground floor spaces earlier this year, the Park Lane insitution has now revealed a series of new suites and bedrooms at the Park Lane institution. During the renovation process the original 250 rooms have been reduced to 241, with rooms reconfigured and combined to provide for more spacious accomodation throughout. Elegantly and lavishly re-envisioned by renowned interior design firm Pierre-Yves Rochon, these rooms are now some of the most luxurious you'll find in Britain – so it makes perfect sense that the legendary hotel would want to create an equally luxurious slipper to wear while you're in them. Enter a new collaboration with Italian shoemaker Edhèn Milano.
Together, the two brands have created The Dorchester Slipper. Cementing a long-standing friendship between The Dorchester and Edhèn Milano, founders Filippo Fiora and Filippo Cirulli have taken inspiration for this footwear from the beautiful new interiors of The Dorchester.
