What does it mean to you to be named in the Walpole 2022 Power List?
It is a massive honour to be recognised by a hugely supportive and creative British community. I am so proud to be working and making in this amazing country.
What have you and your business achieved in the past year that you are most proud of?
We have created more work than ever and continued to push the boundaries in terms of techniques and designs. When I look back over the year, I am so proud of what such a small team has created, and the work sent all over the world.
What is 2022 set to look like for your business?
We have new members on the team, a new studio in Belgravia, a waiting list for my bespoke designs and lots of new design releases planning for our website. I am so excited for the year to start.
What are you most looking forward to professionally for 2022?
Sadly they are never seen by anyone but the client, but my bespoke work is so exciting. Each commission is completely different and always a challenge. I love to translate my client’s ideas into extraordinarily made objects and furniture. In particular we have large all-singing, all-dancing poker table I’m looking forward to making.
And personally?
A holiday! I need to re-charge the creative batteries – I have lots of design work to get on with.
