Tomorrow’s Talent connects businesses from Walpole’s membership with students aged 11 to 18 at Chelsea Academy in London.
The aim of the programme is to give the next generation direct knowledge of the breadth of roles available within the luxury sector, enabling them to make important decisions before entering further education, training or employment.
Founded in 2018, Tomorrow’s Talent is a collaboration between Walpole and Chelsea Academy, a co-educational secondary school and sixth form, located near the Walpole Townhouse in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in London.
Supported by The Careers & Enterprise Company, Walpole member brands joining the programme will be able to provide encounters and workplace talks for young people, sharing knowledge with teachers to raise awareness of training opportunities and jobs available within the luxury sector in the UK.
We are always looking for luxury leaders who are keen to share their experiences with the students on the Tomorrow's Talent programme.
