The next series of our 'Love Letters from Britain' films launches today, featuring new documentaries that uncover the untold stories behind companies at the cutting edge of British luxury including McLaren, Heatherwick Studio, SkyDiamond and Core by Clare Smyth.
Walpole's mission is to get the world talking about the Britain's brilliant high-end brands. As with our previous series, these new Love Letters from Britain films will be distributed to a targeted international audience in key luxury goods markets, including the US, China, Japan, South Korea, India and across the Middle East.
Through this collaboration with the GREAT Britain & Northern Ireland Campaign, we have been able to show global audiences how the UK is a catalyst for creativity. Our new documentaries share the untold stories of innovative British brands with sustainability at their heart, in a series produced by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions.
So far the films have garnered over 52,000 views worldwide and received over 35 million impressions across BBC.com audiences through a targeted traffic-driving campaign, as well as gaining 13.1 million impressions across social media.
This round of films has been produced by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions for the GREAT Britain & Northern Ireland Campaign, including stories championed by Walpole. Supported by a 12-month collaborative marketing campaign with advertising on BBC.com plus a targeted social media campaign, Love Letters from Britain is available for international audiences on a dedicated BBC StoryWorks’ digital hub (lovelettersfrombritain.com) as well as globally accessible to view here on the Walpole website and via our YouTube channel.
We are currently in discussion about the next phase of Love Letters from Britain films and we'll have more information soon.
