Makers Cabinet was founded in 2017 by a team of designers, Odin Ardagh, Benjamin Weininger and Noah Bier. The team met studying Product Design at Central Saint Martins and were dissatisfied with the disposable and wasteful nature of the stationery market, spurring a desire for change. It began with a simple idea, re-imagining the way we sharpen pencils. Since then, we have disrupted the stationery market with our range of heirloom quality tools, elevating the drawing and writing experience. Pioneering a resurgence of well-made premium stationery.

Our best selling products, the Iris and Høvel have generated more than $7.5million in sales over the past 7 years and can be purchased online, in over 60 stores and through other B2B partners. Makers Cabinet have collaborated with several brands in recent years including The Royal Mint, Cunard, Blackwing and Are You Mad.
