In a world where we’re always available, how do you separate your personal time from your work time?
It gets blurred, but boundaries help. I try to be present in the moment by shutting off my phone.

Walk home through Hyde Park, which takes me about an hour.

Read and walk (as London is a walking city) to meet up with friends.
What’s something you’ve read, listened to or seen in your spare time that’s helped you at work?
Never Eat Alone: And Other Secrets to Success, One Relationship at a Time by Keith Ferrazzi and Tahl Raz. It's a New York Times Bestseller and an absolute business classic on the importance of relationships.
After home and the office, where’s your favourite third space?
I have a few favourite third spaces around London! Claridge's, The Connaught, and shops like Hatchard's, Manolo Blahnik and Emilia Wickstead. I love being on the Jessica McCormack shop floor looking at the diamonds, which are intoxicating.
On Sunday night, how do you prepare yourself for the week ahead?
My Sunday evening ritual is prepping for Monday, the week and month as it’s a school night.

Travels to UAE and Asia.
Your go-to Out Of Office outfit: Day diamonds, of course, by Jessica McCormack!
Your happy place anywhere in the world: Anywhere in the world next to my delicious husband
Your favourite bar or restaurant: In London, Scott’s and Cecconi’s are wonderful for dining out – I'll order either veal Milanese or salmon. My daily canteen in Mayfair is either Marchesi, which feels just like being in Milan, or Connaught Patisserie. In New York, I love Sant Ambroeus for a great cup of coffee.
