Anna Bartle is a senior communications specialist in consumer brands with cross-industry experience spanning beauty, fashion, luxury, FMCG, retail, automotive and technology, both in-house and agency-side.

Vice President of Corporate Affairs for The Estée Lauder Companies UK and Ireland Region, she leads media relations, external stakeholder engagement, public affairs, internal communications, and the Crisis & Issues practice. Anna is also co-lead on Sustainability, responsible for developing, executing, managing, and measuring citizenship and sustainability strategy and programmes. She heads the region’s grant-making programmes including key philanthropic initiatives in women’s health, women’s advancement, and children’s education.

A member of the Region’s Executive Leadership team, she sits on the Region’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council and is the Executive Sponsor of GenNEXT, the company’s employee resource group representing the interests and insights of the company’s Millennial and Gen Z communities. 

Anna is on the Boards of CEW UK, Look Good Feel Better and the CTPA where she is Vice Chair. She also serves on the CBI’s London Council. 

Anna has been recognised in the PR Week Powerbook, a definitive list of the UK’s 150 most influential PR professionals, from 2018-2021 and in the ‘Gurus’ category of The Walpole Power List 2020.

WALPOLE WEBINAR: Sustainability Report Launch – Insights from the British Luxury Sector

In 2020, we launched the Walpole British Luxury Sustainability Manifesto: an ambitious and comprehensive aim to support the British luxury sector in lowering carbon emissions, reducing environmental impacts, and ensuring more sustainable future growth. Since launch, 70 Walpole members have joined founding signatories Burberry, Mulberry, dunhill, Johnstons of Elgin, The Savoy and Chivas Brothers in support of the manifesto – all of whom share an ambition to make the UK’s luxury sector the most sustainable in the world.
