Mathew co-founded the art magazine, Frieze, in 1991, and in 2003 launched the Frieze Art Fair in London. In 2021 he launched Toklas, a Mediterranean restaurant and bakery in London, and in 2022 opened Fort Road Hotel, a small hotel and restaurant in Margate. He was a founding member of the Gallery Climate Coalition, and in 2022 co-founded Murmur, an organisation to mobilise the arts to combat climate change.

Pamela has over 20 years of experience in corporate responsibility and was the Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at Burberry for 10 years. During her tenure there she forged Burberry’s ambitious, industry-leading environmental and social programmes, launching Burberry’s climate positive ambition and served as Trustee to the Burberry Foundation. Pamela is also a Trustee of the British Fashion Council Foundation.
