Charlotte O’Sullivan has over 15 years experience in luxury marketing and leading omni-channel business transformation.
After graduating from Oxford University, where she studied Modern History, Charlotte worked with a decoration design specialist to launch their B2C digital offer and drive their online wholesale business.
In 2004 she made the move to the luxury lingerie brand Myla, where she ran their e-commerce operations and digital marketing program, until 2007 when she joined British luxury fashion brand, Mulberry.
Today, she leads the Marketing, Communications, Image and Digital teams at Mulberry and is responsible for driving an integrated, customer-centric marketing strategy to support the brand’s international growth ambitions and developing their omni-channel business model
