Larry is Head of Energy and Infrastructure in Hanover Communications’ London team. He specialises in public affairs advice and has led a number of projects for US-based firms including Cisco, Uber, Phillips 66 Ltd and Valero Energy. Prior to joining Hanover, Larry worked as an Account Manager at H+K Strategies on numerous energy and infrastructure accounts, and as a Researcher at Quiller Consultants.

Before entering consultancy, Larry was a parliamentary aide to the former Labour Whip and MP for Waveney Bob Blizzard, and an organiser on Ed Miliband’s campaign for Labour leader. He also worked for the former Labour MP for Warwick James Plaskitt and at the Socialist International, the global association of Labour and social democratic parties. He is a graduate of Balliol College, Oxford.
