Matt has two decades of hospitality experiences behind him, with a wealth of knowledge of the luxury market in London, as well as an impressive list of business contacts. At The Dorchester Collection, he oversees the strategic direction of sales and marketing including, communications and revenue management.

A graduate of the University of Alberta, Canada, and having lived in four continents of the world, Matt has two decades of hospitality experiences behind him. Matt has a wealth of knowledge of the luxury market in London as well as an impressive list of business contacts.

Matt started his early career in Canada working in operational roles before moving to Dublin Ireland where he got into sales and marketing and revenue management at The Merion Hotel. He has also worked for International Hotel Groups including St Pancras Renaissance as Director of Sales & Marketing as well as the Four Seasons UK Collection of Hotels and was the Senior Sales Director overseeing the opening of their Ten Trinity Square property. 

Matt is currently Area Director of Sales & Marketing for the three Dorchester Collection UK Hotels. He oversees the strategic direction of sales and marketing including, communications and revenue management.
