Tracey Greaves

Chief Commercial Officer
Goodwood

Tracey has overseen the Goodwood Marketing & Sales since 2008 and became Chief Commercial Offices in 2016.

Tracey joined Goodwood in November 2008 as Group Sales and Marketing Director, leading the commercial and brand development of the Estate’s diverse portfolio of businesses including the iconic annual events and all year-round enterprises. Her vision and strategy transformed the commercial operation, driving double-digit growth in revenues whilst creating exceptional experiences for customers across the Estate.

Tracey was promoted in 2016 to Chief Commercial Officer with increased responsibilities for sponsorship across the Estate. She introduced imaginative and creative content propositions, including a digital content strategy that has since attracted new global brands to Goodwood, and has been responsible for growing revenues and profits across the event portfolios, leading a first-rate team to deliver targets in a dynamic and class-leading way.

Passionate about sustainability and the environment, Tracey has worked closely with The Duke of Richmond to develop the Estate’s vision in this area which has involved creating and driving the steering group to devise a 10-year strategy to reduce Goodwood’s carbon footprint. She also leads the business’s wellbeing programme, ensuring investment in the mental, physical and social wellbeing of the Goodwood team.

Tracey has recently taken on the role of overseeing future growth at Goodwood, focusing on new business initiatives both off and on the Estate and developing collaborations that continue to grow Goodwood’s reputation as a leading global luxury experience brand.

Outside of Goodwood, Tracey has supported RugbyWorks for the past 10 years as part of the development board focused on fundraising. The charity, created by Lawrence Dallaglio, is aimed at helping teenagers outside of mainstream education into sustained education, employment or training by providing them with an intensive, long-term skills development programme based on rugby. Tracey also supports wildlife charities, another passion of hers.
