On Wednesday 12th September, Walpole CEO Helen Brocklebank hosted a breakfast at AllBright Mayfair as a part of our Women in Luxury event series. After networking over coffee and chocolate croissants, Helen led a panel discussion with four inspiring female founders, each talking about their journey into the luxury industry, the challenges they have faced in a male-dominated sector, and the success they've enjoyed as entrepreneurs.
On the panel were trailblazing tailor Kathryn Sargent, textile artist Aiveen Daley, print-focused womenswear and accessories designer Sabina Savage, and Scotland-based textile weaver Araminta Campbell – all of whom participated in our incubator mentorship programmes, Brands of Tomorrow and Crafted, and whose luxury brands are all now Walpole members.
Thanks to AllBright Mayfair for hosting, and ARgENTUM Apothecary, Miller Harris and Monpure London for their contributions to the gift bags for the event.
