Kerridge’s Bar & Grill is a relaxed brasserie-style dining room with adjacent bar open all day, interior designed by David Collins Studio.

The grand, high-ceilinged restaurant space seats 90 covers and is furnished with a mixture of leather upholstered dining chairs and deep button-backed banquettes with a dark green and burgundy colour palette. Within the main restaurant space there is a striking rotisserie bar which roasts large joints of meat, fish and some root vegetables in front of diners. Inspired by the menu at The Coach in Marlow, the rotisserie has a daily changing dish on the menu each day. Some of the walls of the main restaurant feature fridges showcasing hanging meat supplied by Tom’s own butchers, The Butcher’s Tap in Marlow.

"Walpole recognises and champions British Luxury brands worldwide. With the Studio and Corinthia London both being members of the Walpole community it is especially rewarding to have the opportunity to collaborate together to create a space, that in turn, will promote the best of British quality, creativity and service.

My vision for Kerridge’s Bar and Grill, was really built around what Tom and his team have created in Marlow. It wasn’t about recreating those experiences, but instead designing an interior which connects with them - with a sense of cosiness within this incredible Victorian room and touches of nostalgia, familiarity, and ultimately comfort.

Having worked on areas of the Corinthia Hotel previously, and with Managing Director Thomas Kochs, we understood the vocabulary of this wonderful hotel, and it was really key for us to ensure that every aspect sat at ease together. For me this room says everything about Tom’s style of hospitality – it’s bold, it’s comforting, it’s luxurious, and most of all it’s lovable."
