Where will you be holidaying this year/where have you already been on holiday to – and why?
A fun weekend at El Fenn in Marrakesh for a celebration and then off to Cornwall to introduce our daughter to the sea for the very first time. I grew up in Devon so the summer would not be the same without a wind swept holiday on a beach and avoiding the world on the A303.
What is your ‘must-have’ item to pack in your suitcase?
We are renting a house, so apart from packing the kitchen sink I will always pack a good knife.
Where is your favourite al fresco drinking/dining spot?
Anywhere on a hill with a view, failing that a field in Wiltshire with a group of friends.
What is your holiday read this year?
Probably the daily papers and hopefully the Spectator and Private Eye.
Have you ever had a ‘lightbulb’ moment related to your business or career while taking some downtime?
Yes! Take more holiday.
