Created by Mastercard as part of its 'Priceless' initiative, the pop up is a replica of Ryan Chetiyawardana’s London bar Lyaness, opened in New York as part of an “immersive” dining experience that brings together chefs and bartenders. The Lyaness created for the pop-up is said to be an “exact replica of the original London hot spot” and features the venue’s signature green onyx curved bar and light blue hues, as well as video screen that shows the London bar’s view across St Paul’s Cathedral.
Hosted at Spring Studios in New York, the pop-up serves a number of Chetiyawardana’s “masterful surprises” and “unexpected ingredients”.
