A Summer of Luxury | Join Walpole’s August content campaign

Britain may be experiencing the longest heatwave in 40 years, but August will always stand out as the Official Month of Summer: 31 halcyon days of Out Of Offices – holidays, weddings, parties and al fresco fun – before the ‘back to school’ mindset of September kicks in.

To celebrate this most carefree of months, A Summer of Luxury (launching on Wednesday 1st August) will profile Walpole members’ warm-weather themed events, products, advice and inspiration across our Daily Digest and social media channels. From how to keep cool at a society soiree (and be the best dressed to boot) to the hottest travel hotspots, our summer guide will be essential reading for all those looking to navigate the heatwave in style (on that note, we are also keen to hear about members’ favourite beach books – what paperback or Kindle download will be joining you on your summer holiday?).

Further details:

A Summer of Luxury is aimed at showcasing Walpole member brand’s summer products, activities, events and advice. Just a few ideas for what could be featured include:

The must-have summer holiday accessory
Al fresco drinking and dining experiences / brand’s summer events
Summer beauty advice (the scent of summer?)
Dressing for summer society events
Top travel destinations
Latest product launches

We are also keen to hear members’ personal summer experiences. If you’d like to participate, questions could include (but aren’t limited to):

What is your holiday read this year?
What is your favourite holiday destination?
Have you ever had a ‘lightbulb’ moment related to your business or career while taking some downtime?
What is your top tip for surviving the summer heat in style?
