Adeife Onwuzulike is the Inclusion and Culture Change Manager at the CBI. She is also the Chair of the CBI Mental Health Forum and the Chair of the CBI internal Diversity and Inclusion steering group. Her role is dual focused as she manages the D&I strategy within the CBI with a focus on embedding and creating an inclusive culture in all business areas. She also supports and advises organisations on their inclusion journey to ensure best practice is shared and adopted. She has an MSc Kings College London in Human Resource Management and Organization Analysis and is a chartered MCIPD Practitioner.
