The Walpole Power List The Innovators: Tracey Greaves, Chief Commercial Officer at Goodwood
Tracey Greaves joined Goodwood in 2008 as Group Sales and Marketing Director; her strategy drove double-digit growth in revenues. Becoming CCO in 2016, Tracey’s responsibilities increased to include sponsorship. Her creative content propositions, including a digital strategy that has attracted global brands, have grown revenues and profits across events. Tracey has led the development of the Estate’s sustainability vision, driving the 10-year strategy to reduce Goodwood’s carbon footprint.

Tracey has recently taken on the role of overseeing future growth, focusing on new business initiatives and developing collaborations that continue to grow Goodwood’s reputation as a leading global luxury experience brand.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU TO BE NAMED A WALPOLE POWER LIST WINNER?

Having worked in the luxury sector for many years, it is an honour to be recognised for my contribution to this great industry alongside so many other incredible people within the luxury sector. Being able to influence how the sector develops and adapts to the next generation and the changing world remains as energising and exciting as ever and I look forward to being able to add greater value in the future.

WHY DO YOU THINK YOU WERE NAMED ON THE LIST THIS YEAR?

Innovation and commercial creativity sit at the heart of what I do, creating new experiences is the lifeblood of my work alongside my passion for the environment. I am active in sustainability and how luxury brands can deliver exceptional experiences/products whilst still protecting the planet. I lead the sustainability strategy for Goodwood and have shared thoughts and views that can help other members of Walpole. Education and engaging with young people is also important to me with the work I have been involved with around the Goodwood Learning Centre. Having established “The Collective” a female network over the past five years, the benefits of bringing women together in business and the experiences they shared has created value amongst them and for their respective businesses.
